ERW, LSAW and SSAW pages organize the welded routes by their material and dimensional scope. Use the route permitted by the piping or structural specification.
ERW pipe sizesCarbon, alloy, stainless and boiler products address different media, temperatures and delivered conditions. Open the relevant material page for its grade and dimensional choices.
Seamless pipe sizesSquare, rectangular and round HSS are selected by outside section dimensions and wall. Pipe piles have their own material and foundation requirements.
HSS profilesEMT uses unthreaded tubing and matching fittings; IMC uses a threaded conduit connection. Open the electrical product page for trade sizes and accessories.

Full lengths and cut pieces are ordered with their own finished lengths, tolerances and piece counts. Assembly or bundle grouping keeps repeated cuts identifiable when the order reaches the fabricator.
Plain, beveled, threaded and grooved ends serve different joints. Preparation follows the specified end geometry, mating part and wall. Electrical conduit connections use their own fitting system rather than pressure-pipe joint requirements.
Galvanizing, external coatings and internal linings protect different surfaces. The order identifies coverage of the bore, outside surface and ends, with the selected system and inspection records kept together.
Holes, bends and welded attachments depend on the drawing’s orientation and tolerances as well as the tube size. That geometry determines the processing scope and the finished condition required for assembly.
Bundle marks connect each grade, wall and length to its packing-list line. Thread and end protection, with separation between coated surfaces, protects the prepared pieces during handling.
Review welded carbon pipe sizes and order options when the manufacturing route has already been specified.
Build a structural-tube schedule across square, rectangular and round profiles without replacing actual dimensions with nominal pipe labels.
Define the protection applied to the selected base pipe, including surface preparation, coating acceptance and cutbacks.
Yes. Keep a separate piece quantity and finished length for each item so cutting and bundle identification follow the material list.
We can quote a permitted alternative as a separate item. The project specification and responsible engineer determine whether that route can be used.
