The dimensional bands are published catalog ranges. Film and 3T are coating-system references. The accepted order identifies the actual substrate and dimensions, film layer basis and bend-test procedure; production fold details and any warranty retain their own stated requirements.
SMP uses a polyester resin modified with silicone. Our quotation names the proposed SMP product and its formulation reference, keeping it distinct from PVDF, ordinary polyester and other paint systems.
Pencil hardness describes the coating’s response under the chosen hardness test; the bend test evaluates coating flexibility and adhesion. The purchase specification sets an acceptance requirement for each property suited to the formed panel.
