Fencing, Handrails & Outdoor Fabrication
Posts, rails and braces can arrive cut to the fabrication schedule, with the specified ends. Structural work retains the grade and wall on the drawing; zinc protection is a separate finish requirement.

Wholesale hot-dip galvanized pipe, cut and finished to order
We manufacture galvanized steel pipe for distributors, contractors and fabricators. Order ASTM A53 Grade B hot-dip galvanized pipe in Schedule 40 or 80, with plain, threaded, beveled or grooved ends. We supply full lengths, cut pieces and export-ready bundles from our factories in China.
Fencing, access rails and utility pipework call for different walls and end preparations. Full lengths suit fabrication on site; cut and finished pieces suit repeated posts or connections. We price those options separately so you can compare the work included.
Posts, rails and braces can arrive cut to the fabrication schedule, with the specified ends. Structural work retains the grade and wall on the drawing; zinc protection is a separate finish requirement.
Agricultural frames combine posts, rails and braces with different finished lengths. The member drawing sets the wall, connection and piece count for each part, allowing the pipe and preparation to be priced together.
| Item | Supply Range |
|---|---|
| Primary product | Round carbon steel pipe, hot-dip galvanized after pipe manufacture |
| Manufacturing route | ERW welded pipe; seamless base pipe quoted separately when specified |
| Pipe standard & grade | ASTM A53/A53M Grade B for our standard pipe offer |
| Size selection | NPS 1/2–8 (DN 15–200) in the table below; other sizes quoted by order |
| Wall thickness | Schedule 40, Schedule 80 or a specified nominal wall |
| Order lengths | 6 m, 12 m or cut lengths; finished-length tolerances to order |
| Zinc coating | Inside/outside hot-dip galvanizing to the ordered ASTM A53/A53M coating requirements |
| Pre-galvanized option | Custom inquiry by actual OD × wall, intended fabrication and strip/seam coating requirements; separate from the A53 table |
| Pipe ends | Plain, beveled, threaded or grooved; connection dimensions specified with the order |
| Processing | Cutting, end facing, deburring, threading and drawing-based preparation |
| Inspection documents | Material certificate, dimensional inspection and specified pipe-test and coating records |
| Shipment format | Bundles separated by size, grade and length, with end protection and matching packing lists |
Each quoted line identifies the galvanizing route, finished dimensions, processing charges and production schedule.
The A53 table pairs NPS with actual outside diameter and Schedule 40 or 80 wall. Zinc coating is specified separately from the nominal steel dimensions.

These are nominal steel dimensions, not a pressure-rating table. We supply the dimensional tolerances and zinc coating required by the ordered pipe specification.
One purchase can include mill lengths and finished pieces for different connections. Cutting and end preparation are coordinated with galvanizing so the delivered part matches both the dimensional and coating requirements.
For an NPT connection, compare the mating sizes and fitting classes in our threaded pipe fittings range.
NPT threads, bevels and coupling grooves are machined to the specified connection dimensions. The processing sequence accounts for the finished coating and protects the prepared ends for transport.
Cutting, drilling and welding are scheduled around hot-dip galvanizing. Work completed after dipping exposes steel and requires the specified coating repair; later paint also needs a compatible surface treatment.
Inspection covers both the steel pipe and the zinc finish. Material identity, dimensions, pipe-test records and coating results form the order-specific delivery record.
ERW manufacture forms and welds the steel strip before sizing and the required pipe tests. Hot-dip orders then pass through cleaning, zinc immersion and finishing, with end work scheduled around the delivery condition.
Outside diameter, wall, length and straightness are checked before release. Zinc inspection follows the specified coating measurements and sampling; threads and grooves are measured against their connection details.
The material certificate retains the grade and heat or batch reference.
Cut lengths and prepared ends are checked against the finished-part requirements.
Coating results identify the measurement method, sampling and acceptance basis for the delivered batch.
Bundle references and quantities match the packing list and inspection documents.
Bundles keep each size, wall and finished length together. Steel bands, timber supports and edge protection secure the load; short pieces have their own counts and packing references.
Dry, covered storage and ventilated packing help protect fresh galvanized surfaces before dispatch. End protection shields threads and other machined connections.
Bundle length and weight are planned around container loading and the unloading equipment at the destination. Separate package references keep mixed sizes identifiable through receiving.
The export quote separates pipe, end work, packing and the agreed freight scope. Production completion and transport are scheduled separately against the requested delivery window.
Yes. Sizes remain separate on the quote and packing list. Any production or processing minimum is identified for the individual item, even when several items share the shipment.
They are different lengths: 20 ft is 6.096 m. Keep the exact required length and unit on the purchase list, particularly for repeated posts or assemblies that cannot absorb a shorter piece.
Trapped moisture and restricted airflow can cause wet storage stain. After receipt, keep bundles off the ground, dry and ventilated. Photographs and bundle references help us assess a delivery concern.
No. Drinking-water and fire-protection orders need the approvals specified for the actual system. We assess those requirements separately from the pipe dimensions and zinc finish.
Yes. The inspection scope, sampling and witness arrangements are set against the purchase requirements, with the agreed results included in the shipment documentation.
Attach a bill of quantities or describe the sizes and quantities you need. Add the destination and any coating or connection requirement absent from the list. We return a quote with the pipe and processing separated.
