Type E Grade B pipe for wholesale sprinkler fabrication
A795 Type E Grade B sprinkler pipe is offered in selected NPS 1–10 light- and standard-weight walls. Plain or compatible prepared ends are available with the specified length and finish; orders requiring listed pipe use the qualification records for the proposed product configuration.

Compare the actual wall, especially at NPS 8 and 10. In this catalog selection, those standard-weight sizes follow Schedule 30; the smaller standard-weight rows shown follow Schedule 40. The light-weight 8 and 10 in. walls are 4.78 mm, so a generic Schedule 10 label does not describe the selection precisely.

These are nominal catalog dimensions; the purchase line retains the specified wall and unit system. Other wall requests are reviewed against the required A795 edition and joining method.
Grade B is retained through cutting and end preparation. Grade A requests are reviewed separately against their dimensions and required product records.
Type S Grade B seamless requests are separate from the Type E range. They are reviewed by dimensions, delivery condition and records for that manufacturing route.
A795 light-weight pipe supports rolled-groove, welded and plain-end fitting arrangements. A threaded or cut-grooved material list needs a different wall and product review. We price the requested end work against the pipe selected for that line.
Standard-weight A795 accommodates cut or rolled grooves, threading, welding and plain-end fittings. The specified joint still determines the end details and applicable product conditions. For grooves, identify the coupling system and whether the order calls for a rolled or cut groove.
One-end and both-end preparation are priced separately. Both ends grooved means two prepared ends per pipe piece, with the finished length and piece count retained on the same line.
Black pipe and red-coated pipe are separate finish choices. Red paint, epoxy or polyester treatment is quoted by the specified system, coverage and treatment of prepared ends.
A galvanized request identifies the zinc-coating requirement with the pipe and end configuration. Any later cutting, threading or recoating also belongs in the product review when certification is required. A finish change is checked against the applicable supplied-product conditions before the material line is released.
The quotation identifies the proposed manufacturer and the size, wall, finish and end configuration for each A795 line. For a listed or approved product request, we return the applicable product record and its covered configuration with the offer. Items awaiting qualification remain identified before the order is released.
When the schedule requires both UL and FM, the offer lists a record for each. Any restriction on size, wall, end work or finish stays with the corresponding material line for the buyer’s submittal review.

Bundles retain those item references and piece counts, so your receiving team can reconcile each group with the material list. Short prepared pieces have their own count rather than being absorbed into a full-length bundle.
Supported bundles and restraints suit the finished lengths and coating. Prepared openings and threads receive the packing protection agreed for transport. The quotation identifies packing and shipment terms for the destination, keeping factory preparation separate from delivery scope.
