Bundles of straight seamless boiler tubes with open round ends

Boiler Tube Manufacturer

A192, A210 and A213 tubes · Straight lengths for fabrication and planned replacement

We supply straight seamless boiler tubes for bulk export orders. Compare the carbon-steel A192 and A210 options with A213 T11/T22 alloy tube in the size selections below. Full lengths or cut pieces, plain or beveled ends, and order-specific material records support fabrication and planned replacement work.

Carbon & Alloy Boiler Tube Options

Carbon and chrome-moly boiler tubes are separate material choices in our supply. Each order keeps the specified standard and grade with the tube dimensions, whether the material is for a new boiler or a scheduled replacement.

ASTM A192 & A210 Carbon Tubes

A192 carbon tube and A210 Grade A1/C medium-carbon tube are available as straight lengths with plain or beveled ends. The selections below list dimensions for each standard; both retain the minimum-wall basis required for the order.

ASTM A213 T11 & T22 Alloy Tubes

A213 T11 and T22 supply covers straight chrome-moly boiler and superheater tube. The selected OD/wall pairs are listed separately from the carbon grades, with heat-treatment condition and the minimum or specified average-wall basis retained in the order.

Cut Lengths, Tube Ends & Bore Condition

We supply straight tube in full lengths or specified cuts, with plain or beveled ends. The cutting list can retain extra length for forming in your workshop, or specify the finished length for direct assembly.

Plain & Beveled Boiler Tube Ends

Plain cuts and weld bevels are available for different connection drawings. A tube-sheet expansion detail and a butt-weld detail stay separate on the cutting list, including any machining allowance.

Plain-cut ends
Specify the finished length, squareness and edge condition needed for the tube-sheet or workshop operation.
Beveled ends
The joint detail identifies bevel angle, root face and the end or ends to be machined.
Cutting allowance
Keep extra length for later forming or trimming separate from the installed straight length. This matters when replacing a tube from an old schedule.

Clean Bores & Protected Ends

End protection helps keep loose debris out of the bore during shipment. The delivery scope records the required internal condition and temporary surface protection so tubes arrive ready for the planned preparation step.

Internal cleanliness
Set the cleanliness requirement for the next operation, including any restriction on oil or protective residues inside the bore.
Surface condition
Temporary preservation is identified separately from the final metallurgical condition, so transport coating cannot be mistaken for a heat-treatment designation.
End protection
The receiving inspection checks the bore before the tube enters fabrication. Temporary preservation is identified in the delivery documents.

Tube Inspection & Material Records

Release documents identify the supplied standard, grade, heat or batch and applicable test results. Third-party witness requirements are reviewed with the tube order before production.

Seamless Manufacture & Heat Treatment

Seamless tubes are finished to the specified OD and wall, using the hot- or cold-finishing route and treatment required for their standard and grade.

Material Tests & Release Documents

The agreed inspection plan covers the applicable hydrostatic or permitted nondestructive test, dimensions and material tests. Sampling and witness stages follow the ordered tube specification.

OD, Wall & Straightness

OD, wall and straightness are checked to the stated tolerances, with wall acceptance on the ordered minimum or average basis.

Ends & Internal Surface

The cut ends, bore and accessible surfaces are checked against the agreed preparation and condition requirements.

Heat & Grade Identity

Material identification links the supplied tube to its heat or batch records, so similar-looking carbon and alloy tubes remain distinguishable.

Reports & Release

The document package pairs chemistry and mechanical results with the tube heat or batch. Any required certificate format and purchaser release record are named in the order so shutdown receiving can check a complete package.

Factory QC Reference Library

The BAOLAI reference library contains factory QC procedures and earlier pipe reports. Boiler-tube release documents identify the standard, grade and heat or batch supplied for your order.

Tube Bundles for Export & Planned Shutdowns

Tube Packing & Batch Identification

Bundles identify standard, grade, OD, wall, length and order line. Cut pieces have separate length-group counts, keeping carbon and alloy tubes distinct at receiving.

Protected Tube Ends & Supported Bundles

End caps protect the bores. Straps, timber supports and restraints secure the bundles, with support and lifting arrangements matched to the tube length.

Production & Export Delivery Schedule

Factory export orders are scheduled around production, inspection release and international transit. We review the required shutdown date with the tube schedule and quote the feasible dispatch and delivery basis.

A Quote Broken Down by Tube Line

Our quote itemizes carbon and alloy tubes with their cuts, end work, inspection and delivery scope. The same item references carry through to the packing list.

Before You Order Boiler Tubes

Can I order ASME SA-192 or SA-210 instead of ASTM material?

State the ASME specification and required code edition on the inquiry. We review the material and documentation against that requirement. An ASTM designation alone does not establish that the shipment meets your ASME purchase specification, and tube supply is separate from certification of a completed boiler.

Is A213 T11 tube the same as A335 P11 pipe?

They are different product specifications. T11 is a tube grade under A213; P11 is a pipe grade under A335. Keep the original designation and dimensions on the material list, even when the alloy names sound similar.

Can A179 heat-exchanger tube replace A192 boiler tube?

A179 and A192 cover different applications and requirements. A179 is specified for seamless cold-drawn low-carbon heat-exchanger and condenser tubing. Keep an A192 boiler requirement as A192 unless the responsible designer approves a change.

Can you match a worn tube without the original drawing?

A worn sample helps identify geometry, but corrosion or erosion can hide the original wall thickness. Supply the old material certificate, equipment records or tube schedule alongside the sample measurements. The replacement specification must be established before production.

Does this offer include bent tubes, fins or complete tube panels?

This page covers straight seamless tubes and specified end preparation. Bent shapes, fins and assembled panels are separate fabrication requests. Submit their drawings for a scope review rather than assuming they are included in a straight-tube quotation.

What is the minimum for a mixed-grade or replacement order?

We review the production quantity for each grade and tube size separately. Any minimum is shown on that item in the quote, including mixed-grade or replacement purchases.
