Steel Scaffolding Supplier

Ringlock and frame components for bulk scaffold orders

H-frame scaffolding is available in four catalog sizes; ringlock supply includes vertical standards, ledgers and diagonal braces. Choose individual components or a counted kit. Frame locks and ringlock rosette connections use separate part drawings, with matching base, platform and access parts listed for each family.

Frame and ringlock parts for wholesale orders

Frame scaffolds use paired frames and cross braces. Ringlock scaffolds use standards, ledgers and diagonals connected at rosettes. Platforms, base parts and access components complete the selected assembly.

Individual parts and complete kits are separate purchase options. A kit includes only the members and accessories listed in its contents; platforms and stair parts are specified explicitly.

H-frame and ringlock standard dimensions

H-frames use a 1,219 mm catalog width with four height choices. Ringlock vertical standards have a 48.3 mm tube OD and nominal lengths from 0.5 to 3.0 m. Each family uses its own connection drawings.

The frame drawing locates the width and height datums, brace locks and joining pins. These details identify the matching braces and accessories.

Ringlock vertical standards

The lengths below are the published vertical-standard selections. Tube wall, rosette positions, spigot and retaining-pin details follow the selected standard drawing. Ledgers and diagonals are supplied to their member drawings; bay dimensions do not substitute for finished component lengths.

Frame and Ringlock Connection Families

Frame locks and joining pins

A cross-brace end engages the frame’s locking point; a joining pin connects the leg sections. Hole-ended and notched braces retain their own mating locks. Leg sockets, pin shoulders and retaining holes follow the frame detail, even where two frames share the same height or outside width.

Ringlock rosettes, heads and wedges

The standard’s rosette, ledger head, diagonal head and wedge form the ringlock connection. Their shape, seating and spacing belong to the selected family. A 48.3 mm tube diameter alone does not identify that joint; the spigot and retaining pin also need their own matching detail.

Steel specified for each part

Tube walls, connection heads, frames and loose pins use the materials specified in their component drawings. The grade for a standard does not automatically specify the material of its ledger head or retaining pin.

Painted, pre-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized parts

Painted and Galvanized Part Options

Painted, pre-galvanized and after-fabrication hot-dip galvanized components are quoted to the selected part specification. The finish description identifies the tube, welded joints and connection pieces it covers. Painted items also retain their color and coating requirements, keeping repeat batches identifiable.

Finished Locks and Seating Faces

Wedges, lock mechanisms, joining sockets and base-jack threads are checked in their finished condition. Coating buildup, blocked holes or damaged contact surfaces affect assembly, so their acceptance follows the component detail. Specified coating repairs retain that same fit and finish basis.

Frame dimensions, bay sizes and actual member lengths

Frame width needs a stated datum

Overall frame width and leg-center spacing are different measurements. Rungs, brace locks and platform interfaces are located from the drawing’s stated datums.

Bay and lift dimensions describe the layout

Bay width and lift height locate the ringlock nodes. Ledger and diagonal lengths also depend on their heads and end offsets, so fabrication uses the finished member dimensions.

Locate the welded features from the drawing

Frame fixtures locate the leg tubes, rungs and brace locks from the frame datums. Ringlock fabrication locates the rosettes and prepared member heads from their own connection references. The shop detail controls those positions and weld arrangements, keeping layout dimensions separate from the finished piece length.

Component lots for distributors and scaffold fleets

Wholesale batches for the range you sell

Wholesale batches can combine frames or standards with their matching braces, ledgers and pins. Component-only orders retain their own quantities, with frame-lock and ringlock-head variants listed separately.

Replenishment for identified rental inventory

A fleet top-up starts with the actual component family already held in the yard. Different frame locks or ringlock head revisions stay on separate lines, rather than being grouped under a broad scaffold description. This is a parts-supply order; fleet inspection and release for use remain with its operator.

Parts scheduled for construction and maintenance

Project orders follow the scaffold layout and its component takeoff. The schedule identifies the access routes, working levels and associated platform, stair and base items being purchased. Scaffold access parts remain separate from concrete-formwork shoring props and permanent structural steel.

Component checks and the complete scaffold design

Geometry and locking function

Checks cover frame dimensions, member lengths, lock movement, pin retention and mating-part seating. Fit checks use the selected parts in their specified finish condition.

Welds, surfaces and part identity

Required weld and coating checks follow the component inspection plan. Part marks link material, connection and finish records to the drawing revision and supplied lot.

Design and acceptance of the installed scaffold

OSHA 1926.451 assigns scaffold design to a qualified person and requires the assembled scaffold to follow that design. Mixed-manufacturer parts need force-free fit and maintained structural integrity. A component’s dimensions or factory inspection do not establish a universal load rating or authorize a mixed assembly.

The records required with your purchase

The order identifies the component drawings and required material, finish and inspection records. Any system evidence must cover the actual assembled configuration.

Scaffold components and kit packing

Part and Kit Prices

Scaffold prices identify each frame, member, accessory or defined kit and its piece count. Packing and shipment terms accompany the selected finish and component mix.

Packing by Component Family and Revision

Frames and ringlock members are bundled separately by part and finish. Supports protect sockets, projections and platform hooks; small pins and lock fittings are boxed by item.

Kit Contents and Receiving Counts

Kit labels connect the accessory cartons to their member bundles. Loose spares have separate counts, allowing the receiving team to check both against the contents list.

Steel scaffolding purchasing questions

Can we buy only cross braces or joining pins?

Yes. A part drawing or a measured mating-frame detail identifies the standalone replacement.

Can a photograph identify an existing scaffold component?

It can show the lock style, end pattern or rosette type. A drawing or measurements are still needed for scale, wall thickness and hidden socket geometry.

Does a platform include the staircase?

No. Platforms, stair flights, landings and rail pieces are separate components. A kit includes the specific items shown in its contents list.
