Process Piping
Grade selection follows the process fluid, temperature and chloride exposure. Welded and seamless A312 pipe are quoted as separate routes to match the approved material list.

ASTM A312 · 304/304L and 316/316L for wholesale pipe orders
We supply ASTM A312 pipe in 304, 304L, 316 and 316L for plant pipework and fabrication. Seamless and welded pipe are separate purchase items. The NPS 1/2–8 table compares nominal Schedule 10S, 40S and 80S dimensions; cut lengths, end work and surface treatment are itemized with the selected pipe.
Our A312 range covers industrial pipework and fabricated connections. Hygienic, instrumentation and heat-exchanger tubing are reviewed against their separate dimensional, surface and product requirements.

Pump connections and equipment skids often combine pipe with machined or welded components. Cut lengths, bevels and a clean bore help the shop prepare those joints; any internal finish requirement belongs on the same item as the pipe size.
The supply options below pair the material grade with route, wall series and preparation. Mixed-size purchases are priced line by line, including the work needed before the pipe reaches your workshop.
| Item | Supply Range |
|---|---|
| Product | Industrial stainless steel round pipe |
| Grades | TP304 / TP304L / TP316 / TP316L; other grades reviewed as separate inquiries |
| Manufacturing route | Seamless and welded pipe |
| Product standard | ASTM A312/A312M; ASME SA312 when specified |
| Nominal pipe size | Selected NPS 1/2–8 dimensions below; larger sizes and other route/grade combinations by project inquiry |
| Length | 5.8–12 m, random lengths and cut-to-length orders |
| Pipe ends & finish | Plain, beveled or threaded ends; surface finish stated on the order |
| Inspection documents | Material certificate, dimensional checks and specified pipe-test records |
| Order & delivery | Itemized quantities, export packing and shipment schedule |
Material grade, seamless or welded route, and finished length are itemized in the quotation alongside any batch or cutting minimum.
Each row links nominal pipe size to actual outside diameter and the three wall series. Select the size and wall together, then pair them with the required grade and route.

Nominal pipe dimensions follow ASME B36.19M. Product tolerances and inspection follow the ordered A312 requirements.
Full lengths leave cutting to your shop; prepared pieces combine pipe and end work in one purchase. The finish and machining allowance stay tied to each part reference.
For a slip-on connection, check the material, bore and facing in our pipe flange range.
Finished cut lengths, bevel angles and machining allowances follow the drawing. We group matching pieces by item reference, making repeated spools and replacement sections easier to receive and allocate.
Pickling removes oxide scale and heat tint. Passivation treats free-iron contamination on a clean surface; polishing produces the specified texture. We quote the required treatment and finish separately for the relevant pipe surface.
Material records identify the heat chemistry and pipe test results. Surface checks cover contamination, handling damage and the finish required for fabrication.
Seamless and welded construction remain separate order choices. Heat treatment, final sizing and end preparation follow the specified route and product requirements.
Dimensional inspection covers diameter, wall, length, ends and surface condition. We coordinate the specified mechanical, nondestructive or hydrostatic tests with any purchaser witness points.
Grade verification must distinguish 304 from 316 and, where needed, standard-carbon from low-carbon grades. The required PMI method and coverage are agreed separately; a method that cannot measure carbon cannot by itself verify the L designation.
Diameter, wall, length, straightness and end preparation are checked against the purchase dimensions.
Inspection identifies the internal surface, external surface or both. Visual condition, specified roughness and treatment checks are recorded for the surface actually ordered.
Material records and inspection reports accompany a packing list organized for receiving and traceability.
Wrapping and separators limit rubbing between stainless surfaces. Packing is matched to the finish and pipe size, with finished stainless kept apart from carbon-steel contact.
End caps protect openings and prepared edges. Supports along long pipes protect their shape and keep finished bevels clear of contact points.
Grade, size, quantity and order-item references identify bundles and crates. This is especially useful when similar-looking 304L and 316L items travel in the same shipment.
Full-length pipe and cut pieces are packed as separate order groups. We can arrange split deliveries around the fabrication sequence, with each shipment retaining its own itemized packing list.
Yes. Seamless and welded items have separate lines with their grade, wall and quantity. Any change of route is agreed against the purchase specification before supply.
No. This page covers A312 pipe. Sanitary tubing requires its own dimensional, surface and connection requirements, which we review as a separate inquiry scope.
A mixed list can be quoted together. The minimum depends on each grade, size and processing route; the quote identifies any batch or cutting minimum before the order is placed.
Yes. Inspection stages, witness points and release documents are arranged with your appointed inspector so the inspection happens before the affected material is released.
The bundle reference, heat number where available and receiving photographs help identify the affected items. We compare them with the order and shipment records, then handle the next steps under the agreed terms.
No. Internal and external finishes are separate requirements. An order needing a particular bore finish or roughness identifies that surface explicitly, with its inspection basis alongside the pipe grade and dimensions.
Attach your material list or describe the required grade, size and quantity, then note the destination. We will quote the pipe, preparation and delivery scope together; an attached cutting list does not need to be retyped.
