Attach a material schedule or drawing
The inquiry window accepts 3 attachments with a combined limit of 10 MB, in PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX or XLSX format. Keep the current revision in each filename and reference it in your message. For a larger file package, contact ruofan1901@gmail.com.
An existing BOM is suitable; there is no need to retype a complete list into the message. For pipe orders, the steel pipe RFQ checklist provides a blank item schedule and a check of length and quantity units.
What your quotation covers
Your quotation will identify the requested items, quantities, processing and delivery terms. Any proposed alternative will be listed separately.
Keep the quotation reference when sending a revision. Changed dimensions, quantities, drawings or delivery requirements are priced against the updated request.
Quotation Questions
Which quantity units should I use?
Use the units on your purchase list: pieces, feet, metres or mass. For pipe and sections, include the length of each piece so the piece count and total length stay consistent.
Can I revise the request after receiving a quote?
Yes. Send the quotation reference with the changed item numbers and current file revisions. We review the affected dimensions, quantities, preparation or delivery requirements against the revised request.
