METDAX is our supply brand for steel and project components. Our pipe manufacturing base is Baolai in Tianjin, whose manufacturing history began in 1991.
Tianjin Baolai International Trade Co., Ltd handles Baolai’s international pipe trade. The quotation identifies the exporting company, manufacturer and products for your order.
Distributors order repeat pipe sizes and profiles; fabricators order cut or prepared steel; project buyers combine structural members, mounting parts and foundations.
Our Tianjin team coordinates product selection, factory visits, quotations and order follow-up. The factory responsibilities are set out below.

Pipe forming, welding and testing
Baolai’s pipe production includes weld-seam inspection and hydrostatic or other specified product testing. The inspection plan follows the pipe standard and the requirements accepted for the order.
Cutting, ends and protective finish
Pipe can be cut, threaded, grooved or beveled for the ordered connection. Galvanizing and other agreed protective finishes are identified separately from the base material.
Material and shipment identification
The agreed material and inspection records identify the product and its heat or batch. Bundle labels and the packing list connect those records to the sizes and quantities dispatched.
Questions after delivery
For a question after delivery, send the order reference and photographs or measurements of the affected items. Our team can then compare the issue with the agreed dimensions, finish or supply scope and discuss the next step.

Can I visit a factory before placing an order?
Yes. We arrange the relevant factory and a meeting around the products you want to see. Contact us before booking travel so the location and visit date can be agreed.
Can one purchase include several product families?
Yes. Pipe, steelwork, mounting and foundation items can share an itemized purchase. Each product keeps its own specification, quantity and packing group.
