Match rigid or flexible couplings, elbows and tees to the pipe OD, groove profile and gasket requirements.

Match rigid or flexible couplings, elbows and tees to the pipe OD, groove profile and gasket requirements.

Choose carbon steel elbows, tees and reducers by weld-end size, wall thickness and installation dimensions.

Specify threaded steel fitting patterns and the mating thread designation before comparing dimensions.

Select carbon or stainless steel slip-on flanges with the required class, facing and bolt pattern.

Compare ball, gate and butterfly valves around isolation duty, body and seat materials, and operator clearance.

Single-stage and vertical inline fire-water pumps selected by flow, head, drive and installation arrangement.

Grooved, butt-weld, threaded and flanged joints use different mating geometry. Within each family, elbows change direction, tees introduce branches and reducers join unequal sizes. Their two or three connection sizes remain distinct on the purchase line.
Fluid, pressure and temperature determine material, gasket and valve-seat requirements. A part can physically fit a connection yet be unsuitable for the service. Metal grade, seal and applicable component rating therefore stay with the selected construction.
Ball, gate and butterfly valves differ in isolation behavior, construction and clearance needs. Operating frequency, body length and operator access distinguish the model choices; nominal size alone cannot specify the installed valve.
A fire-water pump is selected around flow and head, suction conditions and power supply. Single-suction and vertical-inline layouts occupy different installation spaces. The quoted pump, driver and controller remain separate equipment items so the package can be compared with the project schedule.

Our quote separates fitting patterns, materials and connections by item. Reducer and branch sizes, valve operators and pump accessories retain their own scope rather than being hidden in one equipment description.
The fitting pattern, weld end, thread or flange drilling determines the forming and machining scope for the selected component. Its mating pipe dimensions remain part of that preparation.
Finish and corrosion protection follow the ordered item. Sealing faces, threads and weld ends need their own handling protection so packing does not damage the prepared connection.
Valve configuration includes its operator and seat. A pump package identifies the pump, drive and connection arrangement, with controllers and other accessories listed separately.
The accepted order identifies the dimensional, material and equipment records required for its components. Item marks and package numbers connect those components to the BOM and packing list.
Check the thread designation and pitch before ordering a mating fitting or replacement.
Compare the bolt pattern at the specified NPS and class before choosing the flange.
Prepare the duty point, suction conditions and equipment scope for a pump quotation.
Send photographs, measured connection dimensions and a sketch showing the installation space. Include the fluid and operating conditions. Measurements can narrow the options, but the mating specification and material requirements still need to be established before a replacement is ordered.
A known horsepower can be included, but flow, required head, suction conditions and power supply are the starting information. Motor selection follows the proposed pump curve and operating requirements. State voltage, phase and frequency so the drive configuration can be evaluated with the pump.
Yes. Valve and pump spares are identified by the selected model and construction. Fitting gaskets retain the coupling family and service material rather than being selected by nominal size alone.
Send the product types, sizes, materials, connection details, quantities, service conditions and destination. Add valve operators or pump flow, head and power requirements where relevant. A typed list or marked drawing is enough to start the order review.
