Matched H-frames, cross braces and joining pins for wholesale orders

Our H-frame range has a 1,219 mm catalog width and four frame heights, supplied as separate components or counted frame kits. Brace locks, leg sockets and joining pins follow the selected frame drawing. Ladder and walk-through arrangements keep their own access and platform details, so a fleet top-up can match the frames already in the yard.

H-frame sizes, piece weights and 100-frame steel totals

Use the frame model and piece count to prepare the steel-weight allowance. The 100-piece totals below multiply the published frame weights; braces, pins, platforms and packing are separate.

Published Q235 H-frame catalog dimensions and piece weights from our Baolai frame range. The final column is calculated as 100 × catalog frame weight. Accessories, coating variation and packaging enter the separate shipping-mass calculation; the installed scaffold’s permitted load follows its design and configuration.

Locks, sockets and access arrangements

Brace locks carry the part identity

The flattened brace end and frame lock work as a pair. Hole-ended and notched ends use their corresponding retention mechanism; the brace order retains that end pattern together with its finished length.

A joining pin has more than one diameter

The leg bore, pin outside diameter, shoulder and retaining hole determine the connection. Finished coating and any internal weld projection also affect insertion and seating.

The access opening stays usable

Ladder rungs, walk-through clearance and platform position identify the frame arrangement. Access frames have their own item descriptions and prices alongside the selected braces and platforms.

Bare frames and counted frame kits

A frame-only line counts the welded frame

The frame model and height identify one welded end frame. Braces, joining pins, retainers and platforms are separate pieces unless the offer expressly lists them with that frame quantity.

The catalog kit has a visible contents list

Our published frame-kit contents list two main frames, two cross braces, four joining pins, four lock pins and one catwalk. The quoted kit retains its actual frame and mating-part drawings; a different layout has its own component takeoff.

Brace ends and frame locks matched as a set

The brace drawing locates both ends at the corresponding frame lock points. Its finished length and end-hole or notch pattern identify the part supplied with that frame family.

Frame orders for distributors and scaffold fleets

New frame-kit stock

A kit list shows the number of end frames, cross braces, joining pins, retainers and platform pieces. Extra pins and damaged-part replacements remain separate purchase lines.

Replenishment for an existing fleet

A retained frame sample or dimensioned mating detail fixes the replacement family. Opposite lock styles and different socket revisions are separated in the offer and packing list.

Frame squareness and connection checks

Frame dimension inspection

Measured frame geometry

Width, height, diagonals and brace-lock positions are checked from the drawing datums. These measurements establish the complete frame geometry before the pieces are grouped for packing.

Finished pin and lock operation

The joining pin seats in the selected leg socket and its retention hole remains accessible. Brace locks are checked with the actual mating end pattern in the finished condition.

Piece counts before the bundle closes

Frame model and height groups are counted independently from the brace bundles. Joining pins, retainers and platform pieces are reconciled to the kit contents before their cartons are linked to the frame shipment.

Frames and accessory lots packed separately

Frame steel and accessory prices

Our offer shows the unit price and quantity for each frame height, followed by brace pairs, joining pins, retainers and platform items. A defined-kit price lists its contents, allowing a frame-only offer and a kit offer to be compared on the same basis.

Frame totals and packed gross mass

At the catalog weight, 100 of the 1,219 × 1,930 mm frames account for 1,460 kg of frame steel. Braces, pins, platforms, dunnage and restraints add to the shipment; the loading list identifies the actual gross mass and package dimensions.

Kit counts survive the shipment

The packing list links each accessory carton to its frame lot. Complete-kit quantities and loose spares are counted separately for receiving.

Frame Scaffolding purchasing questions

Is 1,219 mm the overall width or the distance between leg centers?

The catalog gives the model width. Its component drawing identifies the measurement datums, including overall and leg-center dimensions where relevant. The retained frame and its matching parts use those same references.

Can frame heights be mixed in one wholesale order?

Yes. Each height keeps its own frame mark and count, with the matching brace, joining-pin and platform arrangement identified for that family.

What does the catalog frame weight tell the buyer?

It identifies the catalog component and supports the steel-weight calculation. The installed scaffold’s permitted load follows its design, condition, bracing, ties, foundations and configuration.

When can ladder and walk-through frames share braces?

They can share the specified brace where their drawings have matching brace-lock positions and mating ends. The order checks those interfaces together with the opening style and frame dimensions.

Are casters part of a standard frame kit?

Casters are separate items with their own stem, restraint and load requirements. The quoted contents list identifies any caster, base or access parts included in that particular kit.

Do 100 frames make 50 complete frame kits?

They make 50 pairs of end frames, but the other kit components still need their own counts. Our catalog kit also lists braces, joining pins, lock pins and a catwalk; the actual project layout can share frames between bays and therefore uses its own takeoff.
