Information you provide

Enquiry forms collect your name, email address, company details, product requirements, delivery information and files you choose to attach. Please submit only information relevant to your enquiry.

Enquiry source information

We record the enquiry page and limited referral and campaign information to understand how customers reach us, including Google, AI assistants, other referring websites and direct or unknown visits. This information does not identify every visit source. The browser stores referral details for the current browsing session.

Use and access

We use enquiry records to prepare replies and follow up on requests. Enquiry attachments are stored outside the public website directory and are available only to authorized website administrators. Website hosting and email systems process information needed to operate these services.

Cookies and storage

The enquiry form uses a short-lived security cookie to protect submissions. WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administration. Referral details are stored in browser session storage; extended local storage is used only when a compatible consent setting explicitly allows it. The confirmation page stores only the saved inquiry reference and its time in browser session storage for up to 24 hours; it does not store your name, email, requirements or attachments there.

Your requests

Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have submitted. Include enough detail for us to identify the enquiry. We retain information needed to respond to enquiries and meet applicable business obligations.
