Ringlock Diagonal Brace Manufacturer

Inclined scaffold members matched to the bay, lift and rosette connection

We manufacture ringlock diagonal braces with 48.3 mm steel tubes and matched wedge heads. Select the bay-and-lift reference, then match the finished head arrangement to your standards. Our catalog separates tube length from the scaffold module, so replacement braces can be ordered as complete identified members.

Diagonal-brace tube lengths, wall ranges and weights

These three catalog rows use a 1.5 m lift reference. The tube specification and the bay/lift pair retain their own columns, with theoretical complete-member mass on the catalog’s 3.25 mm wall basis.

Diagonal members and their ringlock joint family

An inclined connection between scaffold nodes

The brace meets adjacent standards at different lift levels. Its end fittings accommodate that inclined member axis while the wedge head seats at the rosette. The head assembly identifies it as a diagonal member.

The receiving rosette is part of the match

Rosette opening, head seating face, pivot position and wedge travel work together at the joint. We identify that connection family with the complete brace, using the mating standard detail where the order replenishes an existing fleet.

EN 12811-1 and the system configuration

Access and working scaffolds are designed to EN 12811-1; prefabricated facade systems carry the additional particulars of EN 12810-1 and EN 12810-2. Brace length and rosette position follow the adopted system configuration, which the project specifies.

Tube length, swivel movement and paired end heads

Tube and finished brace datums

The tube’s cut length is measured between its specified end references. The assembled brace is measured at the head or pivot datums on its drawing. Those dimensions connect the fabricated member to the selected bay and lift.

Head movement at both ends

The pivot and wedge arrangement is checked through the required seating position. Both heads must reach their receiving nodes with the tube aligned to the intended diagonal; the finished coating is included in that fit.

End-head orientation along the tube

Head orientation establishes how each end reaches its rosette. The member detail retains the end fittings, weld positions and their relationship to the tube axis, keeping the two ends consistent across a replacement lot.

Diagonal lots for scaffold distributors and fleet replacement

Replacement members by bay and lift

A fleet can use several diagonal lengths even within one scaffold family. Separate model quantities preserve the bay/lift pairing, the complete end arrangement and the finish of each replacement group.

Diagonals within a larger ringlock order

We can itemize complete diagonal braces alongside standards and ledgers. Each member group keeps its own reference and quantity, making the order useful for both a new component package and a brace-only replenishment.

Finished diagonal geometry and head operation

Diagonal tube and head measurement

Member length and straightness

Tube length and finished head datums are checked against the same member reference. The tube axis and end positions are considered together, including any specified straightness requirement.

Seating, pivot and wedge retention

A mating reference checks head seating and the required pivot movement. Wedge travel and retention are checked in the finished condition so that paint or galvanizing is included in the connection fit.

End attachments and component identity

The order’s weld and finish requirements follow the selected brace drawing. Member marks and lot identification connect the supplied tube/head configuration to the inspection and packing records.

Complete-brace pricing and head-protected bundles

A price for the complete diagonal

Our offer lists each selected brace reference, tube wall, finish and piece count. Included heads and wedges stay within that complete-member line; additional loose spares have their own quantities.

Supported heads and restrained tubes

Packing supports the long tubes while providing clearance around projecting heads and wedges. Separators keep connection features from carrying the weight of adjacent bundles.

Receiving by diagonal reference

Different bay/lift references remain separate packing groups. The receiving list shows complete brace counts and any separately packed spares, with production and shipment terms stated for the quoted order.

Ringlock diagonal-brace purchasing questions

What is enough to start a replacement-brace quote?

A brace reference or clear end-head photographs, the bay and lift, piece count and finish provide a useful starting point. A mating member or connection drawing establishes the detailed fit for the quoted replacement.

Can a diagonal for a 1.5 m lift be used on a 2.0 m lift?

The required diagonal is selected for the combined bay width and lift height. A 2.0 m lift follows its own member geometry and connection drawing, so the order retains that lift explicitly.

Are diagonal braces always set at 45 degrees?

The inclination follows the bay and lift dimensions. A square bay/lift pair has a 45-degree geometric diagonal; a rectangular pair has a different angle. The complete brace and its end heads follow the selected arrangement.

Can we approve a sample before ordering the full lot?

A sample can be specified against the selected member drawing and mating reference. The approval scope can cover its finished dimensions, head seating, wedge movement and finish, with the sample and production quantities listed separately.

How do we order loose wedges with the braces?

Identify the wedge and retention detail from the selected head family and give the spare piece count. The quotation separates loose wedges from those included with complete diagonal members.

Can the shipment combine painted and galvanized braces?

Yes. Each finish has its own member line and packing group. The offer identifies the selected coating, quantities and connection detail for each group, with receiving marks that distinguish the finished lots.
