Chemistry and mechanical results
The material report links the supplied heat or lot to its grade and test results. Grade B and Grade C use their own acceptance requirements, including correctly directed chemical limits. The report’s actual values are reviewed in the specified unit system rather than replaced by catalog minima.
Final condition and traceability
Required manufacturing or treatment records identify the condition of the delivered pipe. The material and processed-piece references connect those records to the ordered lengths. Additional final-treatment requirements remain distinguishable from the base material results in that document package.
Dimensions and pipe-body examination
Dimensional records use the required diameter, wall and length acceptance basis. Pipe-body test or examination records follow the applicable requirement for the selected material order. Any supplemental test method, extent or acceptance record is identified with that scope before release.
Project review and release points
Project inspection notes are reviewed before production. The agreed plan identifies document checks, witness points and the party responsible for dispatch release.
