Water Conveyance
A water-pipe purchase separates the steel shell from the internal lining and external corrosion protection. Potable-water approvals, where required, apply to the system and cannot be inferred from a zinc or painted surface.

Typical order terms: MOQ 1 metric ton · production lead time 15–30 days (confirmed at quote)
Spiral-welded pipe for bulk project supply
We supply spiral-welded pipe for project material schedules, with selected OD and wall combinations from 219.1 to 813 mm and 6 or 12 m lengths. API 5L Grade B line-pipe selections are shown on our line-pipe page. Water-line and pile requirements are priced as drawing- and specification-based orders.
Water-line supply can include the internal lining and external protection. Pipe-pile supply follows the structural grade, finished lengths and splice or attachment drawings.

For pipe piles, the end joint and installed length matter alongside diameter and wall. Splice details, pile shoes or fabricated attachments need the project drawing; they are separate work from supplying straight bare pipe.

Grade, project standard and service requirements are checked against the chosen geometric selection.
Long spiral-pipe sections are prepared for the joint, coating and handling arrangement. End cutbacks and protected contact points keep finished surfaces clear of the work needed on site.
Butt-weld line pipe needs a bevel and end fit-up. Pile sections may need a different splice detail. We separate those preparations from the base pipe price and use the relevant drawing for fabricated work.
Internal lining and external corrosion protection are quoted separately. Each system retains its surface preparation, acceptance requirements and pipe-end treatment.
Inspection follows the spiral seam along the pipe and checks the body dimensions and prepared ends. Fabricated openings are reviewed against the seam position before cutting.
Coil is formed at an angle into the pipe diameter and welded along the spiral joint. The forming setup and strip dimensions determine the resulting pipe geometry.
The inspection plan identifies weld examination, pipe dimensions and required pressure or mechanical tests. Coating inspection follows its own acceptance scope after the pipe is prepared.
Coil and heat references connect the pipe to the ordered material grade.
Examination follows the seam and the applicable acceptance criteria.
End roundness, wall and bevel condition affect field alignment and welding.
Lining and coating records identify the systems actually included in the order.
Supports carry the pipe without concentrating the load on a prepared end or finished lining. Restraints keep long sections stable during transport.
Protected contact points help prevent lifting gear and adjacent pipe from cutting into the coating. End cutbacks remain identifiable for site joining.
Pipe references, lengths and quantities are listed by delivery lot. A piling order can be separated by installed section sequence; a water line by the project release schedule.
The quote covers the selected pipe, lining or coating work and shipment arrangement. Bare-pipe and finished-coated orders retain their own processing and delivery scope.
Yes. SSAW and SAWH describe the helical submerged-arc-welded route. The order still identifies the material grade, dimensions and acceptance requirements for the intended service.
Yes. Send the actual OD and wall with the application and quantity. The selected rows make the catalog easier to read; they are not a complete production schedule or a stock list.
That detail needs the fabrication drawing and applicable design requirements. The seam position changes along the pipe, so opening locations and any reinforcement or examination must be reviewed together before cutting.
List the piece count and finished length for each size. If your schedule uses total meters, include the required length per piece as well. Our quotation keeps those quantities on the same line so the supply and receiving totals can be compared.
They can be reviewed as separate fabricated items alongside the straight pipe. The project drawing identifies their geometry, material, connection detail and quantity; they are priced separately from the base pipe.
Attach the pipe list and identify the application: line pipe, water service or piling. Add quantity and destination; coating or splice drawings can accompany the same inquiry.
